Shitokai Shitoryu Karate
At Shitokai Shitoryu Karate Association of New Zealand(SSKANZ), we aim to provide men, women and children of all ages physical fitness and self defence skills through the practice of Karate.
As a branch of SSKANZ, we put emphasis on sports Karate and tranditional karate.

Sensei Zhiming Meng has been practising martial arts since 1995 back in China. Taekwondo was his major interest.
When he came to New Zealand, Karate became part of his life. After years of practice, he is now a karate judge and referee at the national level.
